Digital downloads and licenses

When you buy digital art or downloadable files, you receive a license to use them, not ownership of the artwork. Unless your purchase states otherwise, files are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim the files as your own. Commercial use is allowed only under a commercial license that we have granted to you. Because digital files can’t be returned, digital purchases are non-refundable unless a file is defective or not as described.

Website construction services

Website design and construction projects are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, pricing, timelines, and ownership. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that project.
